We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our policies below.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns of food products for health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet entered production.

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for products damaged or spoiled due to incorrect addresses or failure to promptly receive shipments.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Taste preference.

• Orders not collected or accepted at delivery.

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
